Testimonials
Reddert Ranch contracted with VM West to thin 154 acres of pine forest on Rd 41/FS 385 near Mancos Colorado, to begin in August 2020 and be completed by the end of 2021. The work was facilitated by a grant through NRCS and done in coordination with a plan created by Short Forestry, who also served as Technical Service Provider.
From the outset of negotiations through the completion of the work, VM West was clear and straightforward about what services they would provide, communicative as to when they would provide them, and responsive to landowner’s questions and concerns. The job VM West performed was careful and well done, including clean up. It was also on time, even accounting for an unexpected diversion of machinery to help fight major fires both in and out of state, and landowner delay regarding paperwork with NRCS, showing both flexibility and commitment on VM West’s part.
Reddert Ranch would highly recommend VM West to other landowners considering similar thinning projects.
